Beyond Cleanings · Tooth Replacement
If you're missing most or all of your teeth on the top or bottom, All-on-X may be able to replace them — with just four to six implants. For qualifying patients, many walk out the same day with a new set of teeth that looks and feels like their own.
Because of the way the implants are angled, you may not need bone grafting even if you've lost bone in your jaw. That means less treatment time, less discomfort, and being able to eat, speak, and smile comfortably much sooner.
You'll come in for a thorough exam with 3D imaging so Dr. Omoyeni can see exactly what's happening. Then she'll walk you through what may be possible, what the timeline would look like, and what it would cost. No commitment.
Done under local anesthesia — with sedation options if you'd feel more comfortable. Any teeth that need to come out are removed, the implants are placed, and a temporary set of teeth is attached that same day.
You'll be back to normal activities within a few days. Over the next 3–6 months, the implants fuse with your jawbone. Once that's complete, you'll come back for your permanent teeth — and that's the last step.

If you've worn traditional dentures — or you're facing the decision of getting them — overdentures may be a more comfortable option. They snap onto dental implants that anchor them in place, so they don't shift when you eat or talk. But you can still remove them for easy cleaning.
They're often a good middle path: more stable than traditional dentures, and less involved than a full-arch fixed restoration like All-on-X.
Most people missing most or all of their teeth are candidates for overdentures — you just need enough jawbone to support the implants. If you've lost bone, bone grafting can often make it work. The best way to find out is to come in. Dr. Omoyeni will take a look, walk you through your options, and tell you honestly whether this may be the right fit for you.

If you're missing a tooth — or a few — an implant is often the closest thing to getting your natural tooth back. It's a small titanium post that acts as a replacement tooth root, with a custom crown on top that matches your other teeth.
The implant is placed in your jawbone during a small procedure — done under local anesthesia. It's usually quicker and more comfortable than most people expect.
Over the next few months, the implant fuses with your jawbone — creating a foundation as solid as a natural tooth root. You'll have a temporary tooth in place during this time so you look and feel normal.
Once the implant is fully integrated, your custom crown is attached. That's it — you'll walk out with what feels like your own tooth back.

When a tooth is too damaged or decayed for a filling — but still has healthy roots — a crown may be able to give it back its strength and shape. It's a custom cap that fits over your natural tooth, made to look and feel like the tooth it's covering.
Crowns are often used to protect a tooth after a root canal, to cover a dental implant, or to hold a bridge in place. They can also address a cracked, worn, or badly discolored tooth.
Dr. Omoyeni examines the tooth and talks you through whether a crown is the best option. If it is, she gently reshapes the tooth to make room for the cap and takes digital impressions to design your custom crown. A temporary crown is placed so you can eat and smile normally in the meantime.
Usually a couple of weeks later. The temporary comes off, your permanent crown is checked for fit and color, and then bonded in place. Most patients are in and out in under an hour — and back to normal right away.

If you're missing one or more teeth in a row, a bridge can fill the gap — permanently, and without surgery. It's an artificial tooth (or teeth) held in place by crowns on the healthy teeth on either side of the gap, so nothing shifts or comes out at night.
Bridges are often the right choice when implants aren't — whether that's because of bone health, medical history, timing, or budget. They're a time-tested, non-surgical way to restore your smile and your bite.
Dr. Omoyeni examines the area, discusses whether a bridge is your best option, and takes digital impressions. The healthy teeth on either side of the gap (called "abutment teeth") are gently reshaped to hold the crowns that support the bridge. A temporary bridge is placed while your custom one is being made.
Usually a couple of weeks later. The temporary comes off, Dr. Omoyeni checks the fit and color of your permanent bridge, makes any small adjustments, and then bonds it in place. You'll leave with a complete smile.
Both replace missing teeth, but in different ways — and both may be right for different situations. Bridges are faster and non-surgical; implants preserve jawbone and don't affect the healthy teeth next to them.
